What is the Ayurveda Wellbeing Program by REVIVE Ayurveda?

The Ayurveda Wellbeing Program is a personalised lifestyle and self-care program​ available in person and online from Ashburton, Melbourne.

Designed especially for women aged 40 and above, the program focuses on supporting balance, energy, and vitality through Ayurvedic principles, mindfulness, and gentle daily practices. Each program is tailored to your unique constitution (Vata, Pitta, or/and Kapha dosha), eating habits, lifestyle, and wellness goals.

Each program is created to help you feel more grounded, balanced, and connected to your body and mind. Whether you’re looking to ease stress, support digestion, improve sleep, or simply feel more energised, my holistic approach helps you align lifestyle and wellbeing in practical, nurturing ways.

Program Options

  1. 6-Week Program: A guided six weeks journey that offers practical, personalised strategies to help you create more balance and vitality in your everyday life by taking small steps to achieve your wellnes goal.

  2. 1-Day Consultation: A focused session to discuss one specific wellness goal and receive tailored Ayurveda recommendations for either daily routines, eating habits, and/or self-care practices.

  3. 4 Sessions Series: Breathwork (Pranayama) and Meditation: A restorative series designed to calm the mind and support mental, emotional, and physical balance through simple breathing and mindfulness techniques.

The Ayurveda Wellbeing Program offers a selection of options, allowing you to identify the most suitable choice for your current wellbeing requirements. Each option is designed to address specific individual needs.

Ayurveda states wellness is not the absence of disease but our ability to maintain body, mind, and spirit in balance to manage dis-ease.

Guide for a 6-Week Program

  • DAY 1

    Discussion & Assessment

    We discuss your concerns and reason for your visit.

    An Assessment takes place to work out your basic Ayurvedic constitution and your current imbalances.

    This process involves a comprehensive assessment process based on Ayurvedic principles. The main techniques used are the ten methods of examination via questions followed by observation, and the use of the touch sensor to feel the pulse if needed.

    90-minute session

  • DAY 2

    Planning & Recommendations

    I will analyse the assessment results and offer recommendations based on your concerns, and goals.

    This is personalised to your specific needs intending to assist you in shifting from your current state of imbalance towards your optimum balance through food and eating habits, lifestyle, yoga, exercise, meditation, breathing practices, and herbal remedies (if needed).

    Then together, you and I will establish a feasible program that you can implement to achieve your short-term and long-term wellbeing goals.

  • 6 weeks of following the plan

    Weekly email buddy support for 6 weeks at no extra charge to check your progress and support you through this journey. You are not alone!

    Weekly email support with cooking tips, reminders, and encouragement.

  • LAST DAY

    Final day after the 6th week

    We review and discuss the outcome and plan. We make changes if required.

    The aim – to sustain and maintain the plan and recommendations.

Ayurveda Wellbeing Program Options and Costs:

Option 1: $180 includes a 90-minute consultation; two 30-minute consultations and weekly buddy support for 6 weeks (6-week program).

Option 2: $85 includes a 60 to 90-minute consultation - discussion, assessment & recommendations on one particular issue ONLY (ONE-day consultation only).

Option 3: $25 includes per session of 40-minute one-to-one Pranayama & Meditation. Compulsory to do 4 sessions.

How the Ayurveda Wellbeing Programs work?

Each program begins with a personal consultation to understand your current lifestyle, eating habits, and wellbeing goals. Using the guiding principles of Ayurveda together with insights from my background in Medical Science, you’ll explore practical ways to create balance through food/eating habits, routine, and mindfulness.

Together, we’ll develop a personalised wellbeing plan that may include:

  • simple eating habit and lifestyle adjustments to support your natural constitution (dosha)

  • gentle daily routines to align with your body’s natural rhythms, including quality sleep and mindful movement

  • optional herbal recommendations​ such as Ashwagandha, Triphala, Trikatu, Shatavari, based on traditional Ayurvedic knowledge

  • guided breathwork and meditation practices to promote relaxation and inner calm

These programs are designed to help you understand your body better and reconnect with the natural patterns that support overall wellbeing.
