About REVIVE Ayurveda
Ayurvedic Practitioner in Ashburton, Melbourne.
Hello! I’m Ann Pallis, founder of REVIVE Ayurveda in Melbourne.
I became an Ayurveda specialist in 2023 to share a balanced approach to health and wellbeing for women aged 40 years and above. I combine the insights of modern science with the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda.
For over 24 years, I worked in Medical Science (Pathology), helping doctors and healthcare professionals by performing diagnostic tests and analyses. That experience deepened my respect for how science supports our understanding of the body and also sparked my curiosity about the role of lifestyle, mindset and daily habits in maintaining long-term well-being.
In 2022, I completed my studies in Ayurveda and Reiki, drawn to their gentle, holistic focus on body harmony and prevention.
Through REVIVE Ayurveda, I help clients explore personalised lifestyle routines, nourishing self-care, and simple Ayurvedic health practices that support balance from the inside out.
My mission
As a qualified Ayurveda specialist and Reiki practitioner in Melbourne, my goal is to help you achieve a healthy lifestyle and a sense of balance, through an integrated approach combining modern science, Ayurveda and Reiki.
My roots are in Malaysia, India, and Sri Lanka. I grew up seeing Ayurveda practised in my home by my grandmother and aunties, who passed on their love for traditional medicine to me. It helped restore my health during some challenging times.
I believe that in these hectic and modern times, ancient, nature-based approaches may offer valuable support for our wellbeing journey. I'm passionate about helping you explore natural therapies and discover ways to achieve a calmer mind and healthier body.
Who is REVIVE Ayurveda for?
REVIVE Ayurveda is for women aged 40 and above who want to nurture their wellbeing, restore energy, and feel more balanced through holistic and natural practices such as Ayurveda massage, Shirodhara, Kati Basti, Ayurveda Lifestyle Program, and Reiki.
I also work with seniors seeking gentle Ayurvedic bodywork to support mobility and vitality.
My Ayurveda wellness sessions are ideal if you:
want to feel more energised and balanced in daily life
are exploring holistic approaches to complement your existing healthcare
prefer personalised programs rather than one-size-fits-all routines
are interested in supporting digestion, circulation, and relaxation naturally
would like to ease tension, calm the mind, and promote better rest
are seeking a nurturing space to unwind and reconnect with your body and mind
Each session is tailored to your needs, combining gentle Ayurveda techniques, lifestyle insights, and energy work to promote overall harmony.
Important Note
All services offered at REVIVE Ayurveda, including Ayurveda wellbeing programs, Massages and Specialised Bodywork techniques, and Reiki, are provided within my scope of practice. These services are not a substitute for medical care, nor do they include medical diagnosis or treatment. Individual experiences vary, and results depend on many factors, including lifestyle and commitment to self-care.
If you’re new to Ayurveda, I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation to help tailor a program that best supports your wellbeing goals.
Ayurveda qualifications and experience
M.Sc. in Medical Science from Charles Sturt University, Wagga Wagga, 2012.
Diploma in Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultation from The Collective Wellness Institute, Melbourne, 2021.
Certificate in Mastering Digestion and Nutrition from The Joyful Belly School of Ayurveda, America, 2021.
Reiki Level II from Naturally Vibrant Healing Centre, Melbourne, 2022.
Essential Sanskrit Level III from Ayu Academy, 2023, where I learnt how to recognise, read and pronounce Sanskrit words in transliterated format. This is important as the English language has limited words to match with many Sanskrit words in the ancient Ayurveda textbooks, and some words may not have any direct translation.
Testimonial
I highly recommend Revive Ayurveda. I had been experiencing body discomforts with a sluggish metabolism for over a year, and I reached out to Ann to help me with my health issues. I've been now seeing her for a couple of weeks and I could not be more impressed and pleased with the results of her treatment.
She is highly knowledgeable and addressed my specific concerns. She prescribed some diet changes, workouts and breathing exercises for me. About two months after seeing her, I feel much better. I feel energetic, I sleep and eat better. I even lost some weight. My friends and family could really see the difference in me.
She is an amazing Ayurvedic practitioner, and I highly recommend my friends and family to see her for any type of health issue. - Ratna Balakrishnan
